These Terms & Conditions apply to use of Wonderful Books and purchases made directly through this store. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Using the store
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Keep account access secure and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person's rights. If you are not old enough to enter a purchase agreement, obtain permission and assistance from a parent or guardian.
Books, formats and prices
Check the product page and selected variant for the book title, edition, format and price. eBooks and paperbacks are separate formats. Digital compatibility and file requirements, where specified, should be checked before purchase. Prices, the selected currency and applicable delivery or tax charges are shown before you complete checkout. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions.
Orders and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, payment fails or a material listing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a different edition or impose an additional charge without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any amount paid for the unfulfilled items will be refunded. A later price change does not change the price of an accepted order.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Physical and digital delivery are described in the Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations; changes may not be possible after dispatch or digital supply. Returns and remedies are covered by the Return & Refund Policy. These policies do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Book content and digital use
Books, images and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Digital books are supplied for your personal use unless an express licence states otherwise. Do not redistribute or resell digital files without permission. This does not restrict rights or exceptions granted by law.
External retailers and reader contributions
Purchases made on Amazon or other linked retailers are transactions with those retailers and follow their own terms. Submit only reviews and messages you have a right to share. Reviews may be moderated for spam, abuse, private information or unrelated content. Do not misrepresent a purchase or relationship with the author.
Relationship with Shopify
Wonderful Books is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Wonderful Books. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Wonderful Books, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Wonderful Books.
Consumer protections
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Website interruptions do not remove our obligations concerning an existing order. Any restriction in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and contact
