This policy applies to paperback and other physical editions ordered directly from Wonderful Books. eBooks do not require postal shipping.
Delivery destinations and shipping charges
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. If no shipping option is available for your address, contact us before ordering. Free shipping applies only when an eligible offer is displayed and its conditions are met.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Any processing or delivery estimate provided on the product page, at checkout or in your order communications applies to that order. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, stock availability, carrier delays and customs checks can affect delivery. If a significant delay arises, please contact us for assistance.
Dispatch and tracking
Check the email address used for your order for dispatch updates. Tracking details are provided where the selected delivery service supports tracking. Check your spam or junk folder if you have not received an order email.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address will be discussed with you before any additional charge is agreed.

Where international delivery is available, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply. Any amount collected by us is identified at checkout; other charges may be requested by the relevant authority or carrier. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
eBooks and external retailers
For an eBook purchased directly from this store, follow the access or delivery instructions supplied for your order. Check the listed file format and device requirements before purchasing. If instructions are missing or access fails, contact us. Orders placed with Amazon or another retailer follow that retailer's delivery process.
